Something is broken. Tell us exactly what.

This form goes straight to the people who build AY-Robots. Two fields are required, everything else only helps us find the problem faster. You do not need an account, and you do not have to leave your email address.

This becomes the subject line. "Checkout button does nothing on /pricing" beats "does not work".

How bad is it for you?

Your judgement, not ours. It only sets the order we look at things.

Page address or the name of the screen. We fill this in from where you came from; correct it if it was somewhere else.

The actual behaviour. Error messages, red text, a spinner that never stops - copy it in word for word if you have it.

Sounds obvious to you, but it is often the line that tells us whether it is a bug or a misunderstanding on our side.

Numbered steps are perfect. A bug we can reproduce gets fixed; a bug we cannot usually does not.

Independently of this box, every web request already tells our server your browser signature and your IP address. That is how the web works, and we note the browser with the report.
