Everything you need to know about the AY-Robots teleoperation platform.

Platform Overview

Understand the AY-Robots platform and its capabilities.

AY-Robots is a marketplace for robot teleoperation. We connect companies that own robots with skilled remote operators worldwide. Operators control robots in real-time via ultra-low-latency video streaming (30-70ms), collecting high-quality demonstration data for AI training.

How It Works

  1. Clients register their robots on the platform with control and stream URLs.
  2. Operators browse available robots and request certifications for robot types they can operate.
  3. Once certified, operators start teleoperation sessions on available robots.
  4. During sessions, operators control the robot remotely while the system records demonstration data.
  5. Clients receive collected datasets and are billed based on session duration. Operators earn hourly rates.

Use Cases

  • AI Training Data Collection — Gather high-quality demonstrations for imitation learning and VLA models.
  • Remote Robot Operation — Operate robots in hazardous or hard-to-reach environments.
  • Research & Development — Accelerate robotics research with 24/7 operator availability.
  • Quality Assurance — Use remote operators for testing and validation of robot systems.

Key Features

  • Ultra-Low Latency — 30-70ms end-to-end latency for real-time robot control.
  • 24/7 Operator Network — Global pool of certified operators across all time zones.
  • Automatic Data Collection — Every session generates structured demonstration datasets.
  • Enterprise Security — End-to-end encryption, role-based access, audit logging.
  • Flexible Billing — Pay-as-you-go or subscription plans with regional pricing.
